Free Resources

I love talking about yoga, handstands, and self-development. I love thinking up ideas and step-by-step frameworks that are going to make a difference to someone’s movement practice, and I love that excited, high-pitched exchange in a conversation where you both just get it. I also believe that everyone has the ability to find a way to incorporate movement into their daily life that feeds their soul and helps them find empowerment, self-confidence, and joy in their life.

You just may need a little help along the way.

7 days to start a yoga self-practice free ebook guide to help yoga beginners

So that’s why I’ve emptied so much of my knowledge and experience into this free resource (and upcoming ones) – basically I just can’t help myself. As long as they help you take a step to start a yoga or handstand practice, then I’m happy. All the resources here are based on my years of practicing yoga and handstands with yogis, acrobats, movement coaches, and myself, as well as the exercises that my yoga students have found the most useful.
So if you’re looking for inspiration and know-how to start practicing yoga, deepening your practice, or learn handstands in an empowering and soulful way, you’ll get it all here.

What resources will I get?

I’ve just released the first (of what I expect to be many more) free resource:

  • 7 Days to Starting a Yoga Self-Practice – a 7 day mini-course with a daily topic, inspiration, and a challenge to help you set up a regular yoga self-practice with confidence, inspiration, and motivation.

I’m currently writing a free handstand resource to give you a roadmap and plenty of exercises to go from zero to a straight free-standing handstand.

BUT, I need your input! Fill out a survey on yoga or a survey on handstands, and tell me about your yoga/handstand practice, your struggles, your dreams, so I can create resources that provides value and helps you get to where you want to be.

Plus, every time I release a new freebie I’ll send it straight to your inbox, so there’s no need for you to be filling in a sign up form every time you want something. Because that’s such a pain, right?
