Hi, I’m Camilla.

I’m here to help you find a way to practice yoga & handstands that feels good to you – a way that cultivates more joy, empowerment and self-confidence.

 

A bit more about me

I am a yoga and movement teacher, and I help big-hearted humans find empowerment, self-compassion and purpose through the regular practice of yoga, movement, self-reflection and development. I’m based in Copenhagen, Denmark where I’m currently studying for my masters degree in science (I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to all things science, anatomy, mind & movement!). Starting a regular practice of yoga based movement and self-reflection has helped me find purpose, empowerment and compassion in my life. I want to help others discover that for themselves too! When I’m not doing (or teaching!) yoga and movement or geeking out on books related to all things movement and self-development, you’ll find me spending time with the people I love, or planning out my next adventure to come.

Re-connecting to our body through playful, (sometimes) challenging, and mindful movement. Finding empowerment by discovering what we’re capable of when we choose to show up for ourselves regularly (both on the yoga mat and out in the real world).

Uncovering and discovering our strengths and weaknesses both physically, mentally and emotionally through movement and self-reflection. Giving ourselves permission to learn, grow, change, and evolve every step of the way.

Building awareness and connection to our body and our mind so we can find a deep-rooted knowledge, compassion, and love for ourselves and others.

Finding clarity so we can lead a fulfilling and purposeful life, where happiness & well-being comes first.
